Bellevue Floor Lamp
Description
Details
Bellevue was Jacobsen’s first lighting design, which was inspired by the modern steel pipe manufacturing and the modern design of the Bauhaus era. The 45° section of the lampshade reflects the design of the famous Bellevue gas station, designed by the designer in 1936 in Skovshoved and was so characteristic of some of his later luminaire designs. Direct glare is prevented by the shape of the lamp shade. The clear structure of the Danish furniture manufacturer &tradition and the timeless swan-shaped design, the floor lamp Bellevue has become a real classic. Bellevue is a shiny floor lamp in connection with its curved neck, brass and various colour versions.
