404 Chair was designed by Stefan Diez for Thonet and it has a curved chair legs in a “knot” and are embedded in the anatomically shaped seat from below. With its exciting contrast between the elegantly curved wood elements and the pronounced upholstery, the program conveys comfort and offers it as well: It does not write any particular Sitting position in front and the organically shaped backrest springs back pleasantly.
