The elegant LC5 sofa was designed by Le Corbusier, Charlotte Perriand and Pierre Jeanneret in 1934. The back cushions can be folded backwards using a sophisticated mechanism, allowing the sofa to be turned into a comfortable bed. The original model is in the apartment of Le Corbusier and his wife Yvonne at rue Nungesser-et-Coli 24 in Paris.
