The Eames Lounge Chair has been designed by design duo Charles and Ray Eames in 1956. Eames wanted to produce a chair that combined the absolute comfort with high-end materials. The result was a modern interpretation of the traditional English club chair, boasting a convincingly well thought-out construction. The Lounge Chair and the optional Ottoman conveys the impression of a soft, well-used baseball glove, inviting the user to sink back into it.
