About me: Most of my time I spend between furniture … on a photo shoot or creating new interiors for my clients. I love to switch between the two disciplines, constantly re-discovering and forming new shapes. I’m just not able to pass on any furniture shop and leave on topic websites or magazines unread. My next inspiration could be waiting somewhere.
Lounge Northworks in Hamburg
The team of North Works is always on top of his game, during working hours wellknown games such as “goal united” are developed. During breaks games are played in real time with joysticks and flat screens.
Such a creative and enthusiastic team needs the right work environment and therefore an adequate fan section was created when everyone moved into the new office: Immediately upon entering the office one is already in the middle of the lounge, which I optically aligned similar to a stadium tribune. Here you can discuss and chill or sit as a team in the stands and watch the games on the flat screen.
I applied plywood optics and the coffee table with its crates style adds a touch of Hamburg Speicherstadt.
The combination with a few retro set pieces and visible textile cables make the overall appearance charmingly analog and less technical.
Emblematic of the spirit of the young company, each employee can be found as part of the team in a kind of snapshot-cloud next to the grandstand.
